Welcome to Staging the Real Deal
Stage it Right, Sell it Fast!
At Staging the Real Deal, we believe staging is more than just making a home look beautiful—it’s about creating a space where potential buyers can envision their future. Led by Kris, a seasoned professional known for her heart, humor, and hands-on approach, our goal is to stage homes with care, precision, and a bit of fun!
The Importance of Staging
Did you know that staged homes sell faster and often for a higher price than their non-staged counterparts?
Staging isn’t just about making a house look “nice”—it’s about creating an atmosphere that resonates with buyers. It’s about strategically showcasing your property’s strengths, minimizing its weaknesses, and maximizing its potential.
When buyers walk into a staged home, they’re able to focus on the possibilities rather than distractions like clutter or outdated decor. It helps them visualize themselves living there, making it easier for them to connect emotionally. At Staging the Real Deal, Kris approaches each project with a strategic mindset, paying attention to every detail, no matter how small. From furniture arrangement to lighting and accessories, every element is chosen with purpose and precision.
Staging isn't just for luxury properties - it's essential for homes of all sizes and price points.
By creating a welcoming, neutral, and appealing atmosphere, you help buyers see the property’s full potential. And Kris does just that—with care, creativity, and commitment.

From First Contact to Results!
Consultation
We start by understanding your staging needs and your property’s unique features. Kris will walk through your home and provide insights on how to enhance its appeal. She’ll discuss the strategy, timeline, and pricing, ensuring you feel confident moving forward.
Customized Plan
No two homes are the same, which is why we create a tailored staging plan for each property. Kris will outline the design elements, furniture selection, and accessories that will best highlight your home’s strengths. The plan includes room-by-room recommendations and strategies to attract the ideal buyer.
Staging Day
This is where the magic happens! Kris and her team will bring in furniture, decor, and accessories, transforming your space into a buyer’s dream. From arranging furniture to adding the finishing touches, every detail is thoughtfully executed to make the property shine.
Staging Day
For the final step, once the house is sold, we coordinate the seamless removal of all staging items. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, so you can focus on closing the sale and moving forward with your plans. At Staging the Real Deal, we take pride in helping your home sell quickly and for top value!
